Artist's Comments

I actually wanted to wait a bit more before uploading this, as it is my personal favourite, and I kind-a like (in an ecstasy of self-indulging masochism) to leave what I rate as good/better/best for the grand finale. But I thought it over and said "what the hell, let’s...or some imbecile will do it before I do."

The story runs as follows... After an exhilarating walk in the center of London, me and my friend Tony went into a "Subway" for a "first class" student's meal, that is...a great big sandwich (I know, it's not in the least classy, but...well, I was hungry as hell. All the money were already spent on books anyway, so...). After something that proved to be quite delicious a meal, we came out of the place and directed our path towards Old Bond Street near by. A few steps away two beautiful ladies caught our attention, and after exchanging some remarks on the ladies' inner world, their possible philosophical agenda and the trouble they might have in finding the correct library to improve their knowledge of the variety of Christian virtues (behaving like the pure gentlemen we are) I was distracted by a magnificent Bentley Continental, and suddenly, when I rose my eyes from it and looked across the street........... there he was, peeping out of the window, the loathsome bastard! And I do admire him for being such.

NOTE: no, it’s not a manipulation.

Lovely, mate! Well done!
I even love the symmetry of the composition and the extreme antithesis of the dark wall with the window. If it weren't for the reflections on the glass, it would look like a studio photo or even a theatre setting...

As in "Sanity Assassin" maybe??

The sanity assassin ...
Stays up all night stalking
The sanity assassin
Picks off victims like flies
The sanity assassin
Let his fingers do the walking
The sanity assassin
The crack shot between your eyes
He's got you in his sights

He drops a capsule in your drink
And spikes your dreams with madness

Beyond the title photo/song connection derived from the effect of the photo on me,
I have to say that this one is so clean (luck of proper term here) and symetric as Rune-of-Stars stated before me.

Great capture!!

PS. Otal les "the ladies' inner world" ti akrivws (akrivws omws!!!) 8elei na pei o poihths! ;p

Thank you, mate! :handshake: (Would you say that the reflection is annoying? I found it quite appropriate, as it discharges the dark atmosphere a bit, I think...)

I should submit the uncropped version to the Screps section... It wasn´t that symmetrical, as on one side it had a quite large part of a white wall belonging to an adjacent building (other than cropping it and a making it a bit darker, this is how the photo is...).

Well, as in "some kind of an assassin". But certainly a blood thirsty, cold blooded one... :giggle:

 Thanx! (liked the lyrics as well, esp. the part where hip picks 'em like flies - Yeah, baby! - although didn't have the opportunity to listen to it... You own?)

 Euharisto, kali mou! (Why didn't you expect it? What do you think, those countless hours of playing and re-playing Hitman games in various possible ways couldn't be inspiring? :giggle:)
